When it comes to towel customization, clients usually provide source files, and we simply make minor adjustments based on their original files before proceeding directly to printing and subsequent production processes.

However, in reality, after handling countless orders, we sometimes encounter clients who only have an idea or a rough draft. In such cases, we offer related design services. When clients lack in-house designers or long-term design partners, we provide tailored design services to save them the hassle. In this case, our designers had a deep understanding of the client’s requirements, so they delivered the design in one go, and the client was satisfied—the proposal was approved immediately. This included adjusting product dimensions, for which we provided two options, allowing the client to choose one.

The client’s event had a specific timeline, and we successfully delivered the products about three days ahead of their needed date.
