On-time delivery and product quality are equally important

With the National Day holiday approaching, we received confirmation from the client just three days before the break: the commemorative towels must arrive by October 4th for an important event. Although samples had been provided earlier, the exact usage date had not been specified until September 28th, when the client urgently notified us that the items were “absolutely needed by the 4th.” This meant we had to ship the order by September 30th, the last working day before the holiday.

Time was critical, and there was no room for delay. We immediately prioritized this order of 1,500 towels, rearranged the production schedule, allocated additional staff, and maintained strict quality control throughout the process. The goods were successfully shipped on September 30th, ensuring timely preparation for the client’s event.

This experience reinforced our belief that on-time delivery and product quality are equally important. Whether for the client or for us as the supplier, clear communication and early planning are essential. Since then, for every order, we proactively ask about the required timeline—urgent requests receive expedited handling, while standard orders follow the regular process. Because we understand that each on-time delivery is a commitment to trust.
